We encourage clients to become intuitive eaters and in touch with their bodies’ natural hunger and satiety cues to achieve a healthy weight. We will help you cut through the confusion around what to eat, and master the nutrition fundamentals so you can develop a life-long healthy and happy relationship with food.

Functional fitness exercises train your muscles to work together and prepare them for daily tasks by simulating common movements you might do at home, at work or in sports.

There are a couple components of functional fitness. Before you can move freely in your everyday life without worrying about injury, you must nail the basics. Remote coaching allows you to look at your training, do your training, and post your training results to your coach when it works for you. That is a beautiful thing in today’s busy world. 

Remote or online coaching can be used interchangeably. All it means is that you have the freedom to train anywhere in the world whenever you’d like. We empower our clients by providing them personalized workouts, nutrition tips, and stress management, based on their needs, regardless of their location. Still not sure what “remote coaching” means? 

What is Online Remote Coaching? Coaches can use internet technology to help their clients achieve their fitness and/or nutrition goals without them having to be in the same place.

  • Whitey’s coaches are now available to you without you having to leave your home.  With the help of video technology, we can create and implement a personalized one-on-one program based on your goals and abilities. We can also use specific web applications to track compliance, success, and make adjustments as necessary to fit your goals and needs.
  • Your big training strategy would be laid into our programming platform TrainHeroic
  • Now the daily training, your results, and your daily coach to client communication will also be through TrainHeroic
  • Workouts will be programmed start to finish (warm up, workout/wod, cooldown stretches) 
  • Contact with your coach throughout the duration of your program
  • You send videos of your training, and your coach provides feedback!!!

Due to COVID we will be holding all spin classes in the big gym instead of the wellness studio, with bikes spread out throughout the 3900 square feet of space!

Something for everyone! Intervals, rolling hills, sprints, climbs, runs, surges and jumps all to music hand-picked to motivate and inspire! This is a great workout if you want to burn calories and increase endurance. Come on in for the ride! All classes include a warm up and cool down with stretching.

Our semi private training sessions are designed to improve motivation, accountability, fitness results, and overall health for people of all experience levels. 

With small group fitness training, people get a superior workout experience while building relationships that help to increase personal accountability — so they have fun and stick with it.

When you attend small group training, you’ll experience a semi private training session with coaching that focuses on the four pillars of human performance: Mindset, Nutrition, Movement, and Recovery. Whether people want to increase their energy levels, run their first 5K, lose 10 pounds, or feel stronger, we can help you reach your goals with small group training.

Outdoor Classes

Bring enthusiasm, effort, and a positive mindset to this class.  Every class varies but will always offer a total body workout through circuit training, HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training), bodyweight exercises, resistance training, and more. All levels welcome, and any scaling options needed will be provided. Exercise outdoors has proven to have a positive impact on your mental wellbeing.
